All good. Building is old but clean

Appreciated our spacious and tastefully decorated rooms in this place.

Well, it was a decent stay at or visit.

The setting was magnificent, near to the waffle house close by for Breakfast and common areas and expo. It also was in a good area. That was what I call perfect place for one night.

The bed was too firm, that's my bad luck.

Excellent and reasonably large room with all the amenities was enjoyable. The location was favourable - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were helpful lot of the time.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, made it easy to relax. The lighting was great. The appliances worked well, and I appreciated the fridge and microwave. The air conditioning was a bit slow to cool down at first.

The staff was friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The location is excellent for accessing the freeway, and nearby fast food and gas stations provided convenience. The rooms are well-soundproofed, awesome for quiet nights.

Staff needs some training

The guy at the front desk seemed totally lost and lazy. We had to go back and forth for our keys multiple times, super annoying. The breakfast was just sad too, the eggs looked like they'd been microwaved way too many times. At least the coffee was decent! But overall, pretty disappointing.

I appreciated the warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The spacious room was comfortable with a large bed. It was a pleasant stay with easy access to amenities nearby.

Breakfast options could be more varied.

Breakfast options left a lot to be desired-mostly packaged danishes and yogurt, not what you'd expect for a hotel meal. The air conditioning struggled to cool down the room upon arrival, uncomfortable after a long trip. In-room furniture could use some updates as a few chairs looked quite worn and were not particularly tidy. The shower pressure was strong, but the water never quite reached a satisfactory warmth. On top of that, no ice machine on the second floor was a letdown for someone like me who could always use a cold drink.

I previously stayed in the area and was hesitant, but this time, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and great lighting. The staff was super friendly, and the location was ideal for accessing local attractions.

The location was perfect, right off the expressway. Plus, the staff? They were not just helpful, they had great personalities, made the check-in process smooth, a relief after a long drive.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was manageable.

The room was great and very clean, and the staff at the front desk were awesome as I explored nearby attractions like the Black Cowboy Museum and Fort Bend Art Center, both just a short walk away. Perfect for someone who enjoys strolls in unique places like me.
